My service includes a free no-obligation consultation and full after care advice. i will explain everything you need to know about what is involved before deciding whether to go ahead. I will discuss all your requirements with you, answer all your questions, Examine your hair colour, texture, length and i will then colour match your hair for the perfect extension colour. i will also show you pictures of my work and discuss the different methods and prices with you. consultation might not be neccessary if u have healthy looking hair and if your hair is just one colour and also If you live very far away, a phone consultation will be necessary and you may then need to send me a small sample of your hair through the post if your hair is not one colour so that I can colour match it to the extensions for you.

A small deposit is required once the fitting has been booked to help cover the cost of the hair and to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost on the day of the fitting. The deposit will depends on what method of hair extension and how much hair you actually require for your extensions. It is non-refundable if you cancel, however if you would like to re-arrange, PLS give me at least 24 hours notice, you will not lose your deposit.

Aftercare and maintenance is a very vital part of Hair Extension, Afer getting your new extension, i will guide you on what products to use and how to style and look after your extensions. 4-8 weekly maintenance appointments is important depending on the hair extension method use,in order to keep your hair extensions looking great for longer. The hair extension aftercare which ranges from Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Mask and Shine Spray. Maintenance appointment will last 30mins to 1hour.
