What is the difference between a lace front and a full lace wig?
A lace front wig does not have lace around the back, and therefore cannot be worn in a high ponytail with the back showing. While the full lace wig is lace all around, and can be worn up in a high ponytail. Both wigs can be parted anywhere, anyhow, and both offer a natural look.

How long does it take for my unit to be completed?
For Custom unit it takes 4 to 8 weeks, for out of stock items approximately 2 to 3 weeks and for in stock items 8 to 10 days.

How Do I Know What Size To Get?
Average wigs fit head sizes from 21.5" - 22.5" Most clients fall in this range. For instructions on how to
measure your head size (see below). Your wig should be worn on your natural hairline, approximately four fingers above the eyebrows. The back of the wig should be pulled down to the natural hairline in the back.

Head Measurements Chart

How to measure your head- When ordering a custom unit it is necessary to record your exact measurements for a proper fit. It is recommended that you re-measure 2 or 3 times to assure you have proper size.
Before you start: Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.The measuring unit used is inches

TIP: Make sure when you take your measurements, that you place your measuring tape outside of your natural hairline.

1. The Circumfrence of the Head: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 22" inches).

2.From Forehead to Nape of Neck: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck. (Average measurement is 13 1/2 inches).

3.Ear to Ear accross Front Hairline: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear. (Average measurement is 11 1/2 inches).

4.From Ear to Ear over the Top of Head: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear. (Average measurement is 11" inches ).

5.Point to Point:From temple to temple across the back of head. (Average measurement is 14 inches).

TEXTURE
We have many textures from which to choose. Again, your style will determine your texture. Whether you prefer a curly or straight texture or a wavy, yaki or silky straight is all a matter of personal taste and preference.

DENSITY
We believe most people will be happy with a medium-light density. In our opinion, it is the most natural density (not too light and not too heavy).

If you're going for a fuller look (such as a Jill Scott kinky-type texture), we recommend medium density.

You'll need a medium density if you're trying to achieve a full look with lots of volume/height.

We believe medium density is the heaviest most women should go. Anything else tends to look too like a wig.
